About 25. The car says it averages 32 or so at highway speed, my driving is basically 50/50. I'm a little surprised my last tank wasn't closer to 28. Currently it's not great because I'm past the break in and have driven like an asshole

1. Insurance is cheap, I’m old. I don’t know what GT insurance would be. I pay like $75 a month

2. Eh. Would it be fun? Sure. Do I feel like I’m lacking? Nah. I get better mileage, and turbos are fun. I like V8s, but I think the boostang is a better daily/only car.

3. Yes and yes. It’s plenty powerful, but I will tune it eventually

4. Gonna find out Sunday. I’m sure it’ll be fine, but it’ll get upgraded

5. I’m not made of money, good luck finding one with manual, premium, and performance package. I could have ordered but I got a good deal so I have this now instead of 3 months from now. While maybe not cost efficient, now I get to build it out myself and have something unique

Make it lighter? Let me play with the fake engine noises. If they’re fake, go ham: let me pick different cars, adjust the volume, etc. Speaking of noise, make turbo noises more apparent in the cabin. You can hear it spool with the windows down, but with the stock airbox no blow off.

Simple change? Give me an option with MyColor to cycle colors automatically.

To be clear this is the first Mustang I have liked since th 69, but these triple blinking turn signals annoy the crap out of me in the city, especially in the rain. I’m not sure what it is, SF is tight on the streets and you want clear and fast info, the blinking across somehow distracts. Not sure how to describe it, seems like it is slow, I think it would be safer and faster to just have all of them blink together.

Not really. If anything I just wish I could make the “Sport+” driving mode default. In normal mode it feels a little lacking in low end torque, but in sport+ and track it feels fine. Of course I’m coming from a 140hp car so this is quite powerful out of the box.

I suppose there’s two aspects of the V8 I wish I could have: the roar on start-up and grumbly exhaust. As fun as the fake exhaust noises are they’re still fake, and with the windows down going through a tunnel the car makes no noise but a little turbo spool. I might get an exhaust at some point, but the clips I’ve seen the engine just doesn’t sound all that great. If it had the sounds of, say, a Fiat 500 Abarth it’d be cool, but it just doesn’t sound that good.

Honestly I only wish for a V8 so people would stop asking me why I didn’t get the V8. I love V8s and want to own one, but I think the 2.3L Ecoboost is a great motor and makes for a really good overall package with this car.

I still like the interior. The trim around the headlight switch makes noise sometimes, which is a bit annoying. The ergonomics are great, and the sound system is really good.

The cooled seats are pretty good, but they don’t cool the back as much as I hoped. There’s apparently a TSB to fix that, but it apparently doesn’t actually fix anything.
